Lulilab is your space to be yourself in a high-speed cool way. You will not be able to understand what Lulilab is really all about until you experience everything yourself. We bet you'll like it!

But, meanwhile, we must ask you to read the terms and conditions. You know, that text that you agree with without ever reading?

Well, we've tried to write it so that you actually WILL enjoy reading it. So please do so. Lulilab is a whole new world online where you can enjoy games, chat, make friends and a space for you to be creative.

General

The text below is a contract between you and Lulilab Services and Products and you should read before you agree. We listed here the conditions for you to use anything related to Lulilab and its Services and Products. These are the disclaimers of services offered by Lulilab and the description of agreement between you as person or entity and Lulilab, a limited company under Swedish law with residence in Stockholm, Sweden. By agreeing with these Terms and Conditions of use and/or logging in, downloading, installing or using any of the Lulilab products you agree to be bound and respect the terms in this License Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms listed here, please do not install, download, access or use any of the content, services or products offered by Lulilab.

Description of Service

Lulilab is an internet community based in three different sections interconnected to offer a complete online entertainment experience:

• Games;
• Chat;
• Community;

You and we, the Lulilab Crew, are responsible for feeding Lulilab with interesting content. At Lulilab you can listen to music, watch and share videos, play games, chat, share photos and artworks, find new and old friends and do whatever your creativity leads you to do, with whatever we can provide.

We supply the tools; you come back with your contribution to the community. The content added to any of the Lulilab Services and Products must be in accordance to these Terms and free from sexual, violent or illegal references, explicit or not.

Membership

Lulilab gives you a free membership instantly by applying to Lulilab.com. The membership is necessary for you to access to all the services and tools in Lulilab.

All the information you provide for the membership must be true and valid or you are either not going get access to all the services or will have your membership terminated in accordance to the content and activity prohibited, listed in these terms.

Personal Use

Every Service or Product offered by Lulilab is for your personal use only. Lulilab Crew is available to help on any situation regarding Lulilab, but it is the user's whole responsibility to keep information away from anyone but him/herself (for example hackers, friends, family members, fans, etc).

Remember also that your password is your responsibility and you should be careful not sharing it and especially not making it easy for people to guess it. Lulilab Crew and Lulilab e-mails will never ask you for your password via e-mail or any other way (except when you log in on our webpage, of course...).

Lulilab grants you, in addition to the membership, with a non-exclusive license to use the Service(s) and Product(s) offered by Lulilab and its manuals or any written content according to these Terms and Conditions. However, Lulilab does not hold any responsibility over plug-ins necessary to allow the user to view any content or service offered by Lulilab (such as Shockwave, Flash and others).

There are no age limitations in Lulilab. It is you, as a user that is responsible for leaving accurate personal information. Lulilab can in no way be held liable for information falsely given by a user.

Proper Use

Everything you write, post, do or communicate in Lulilab is your responsibility. Lulilab holds no responsibility over the content posted by its users, but if you or any other member of Lulilab posts any content that is prohibited, it will be deleted and you can be punished by being blocked or banned from Lulilab.

Always remember that there are laws in the internet, just as in the real world. If you do by any chance break any of them, the consequences are to be taken by you only. Lulilab does not hold any responsibility over users' activities and commits to report illegal activities to the legal authorities.

Notice also that you may not rent, lease, sublicense or lend any of the Product(s), documentation and Service(s) offered by Lulilab. This agreement is related to you (as a person or entity) and Lulilab exclusively and it does not allow the inclusion of third parties.

Content and Activity Prohibited

Lulilab believes that we are all equal in our own very unique way. So here, everyone has the same rights. And for that, the following activities are forbidden:

1. Vulgarity

• Use bad and offensive words;
• Use offensive usernames;
• Use logos / pictures / text plates with abusive or bad language;

2. Sexually Explicit Content

• Add, display or upload sexually related content (text, images or videos) for example nudity, sexually appealing content, pornography, etc; 
• Solicit or participate in any kind of cybersex or similar activities;
• Asking or offering webcam sessions;
• Discussing or suggesting sexual activities;
• Cyber-rape;

3. Disruption

• Spamming (virus, adds, phising);
• Attempting to disconnect another user;
• Any activity to disrupt another player's online experience;
• Abusing the report tools;
• Trick underage users to give out personal information;
• Threaten other members or display explicit violent content;
• Spam or flood the chats with repeated statements or messages;

4. Harassment

• Bulling;
• Intimidate or harass (sexually or in any other way);
• Spreading rumours about a player or Lulilab services or employees;
• Creating usernames to harass another user;
• Threaten, embarrass or distress another user by your behaviour;
• Adding, uploading, displaying harassing images or images in other ways abusing;

5. Personal Identifying Info

• Giving out or asking for full name, address, phone numbers, locations, meeting and hangout places;
• Asking for personal details that take the experience in Lulilab from being virtual to be personal;
• Giving out or trying to get information that can be used to locate another user or his/her family, friends or a Lulilab employee;

6. Hate Speech

• Have prejudice of any kind and discriminate other people by their religion, colour of skin, beliefs, likes, dislikes, gender or sexual preferences.
• Racism, discrimination, hate crimes, excessive nationalism and intolerance

 

7. Illegal Activity / T&C Violation

• Use any kind of third party software or spyware to disrupt or interfere in another user's online experience
• Promote the use of drugs
• Upload, display or suggest any content that promotes illegal activity.
• Making any kind of violent threats
• Disclosing or sharing any kind of confidential Lulilab information
• Selling or trading accounts
• Say that you work for Lulilab or try to fool another user to believe so.
• Practice any kind of crime.
• Advertise or promote commercial products/services

 

8. Scamming & Fraud

• Phishing (asking for passwords or account details)
• Keylog
• Offering free accounts, items or any kind of credits in any way
• Credit Card fraud
• SMS text fraud
• Landline fraud
• Any credits fraud
• Pretend that you are someone else.

It's also important that you keep in mind that you may not remove, alter and obscure any property notices, labels or marks from the Product(s) and Service(s) offered by Lulilab. You may not alter this license agreement or any of the installed documents and files. 

The content you post in Lulilab is stored into our database and it is part of Lulilab content. However, Lulilab will not publish or take it outside the Lulilab Services and products without the user's consent. Lulilab reserves the right to delete inappropriate content or forward any illegal content to law enforcement and legal authorities.

If you witness anyone practicing any of these prohibited activities, please contact us through Support.

Intellectual Property Rights

Copyright Policy

Copyright does not mean that you have the right to copy. It means someone has the right NOT to let you copy their creations and they have the law on their side. So don't copy any music, images, photos, videos or games and do not say it belongs to or was made by you. The content will be removed and the incident reported to the copyright owner. This also means that you are not allowed to:

Decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, adapt, reverse engineer, or sublicense any service or product offered by Lulilab. 

You are also prohibited to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, and/or otherwise exploit any content (including your own derivative works) accessed on or through Lulilab unless permitted by written agreement with Lulilab. 

Chat Privacy

The chat is monitored by authorized personal in order to maintain it a friendly and cheerful place. "Whispers" and all kinds of messages might be monitored by administrators although the content remains private. See the Chat Codes of Conduct for more information.

User IP rights

An Internet Protocol or IP address is a unique string of numbers (like a bar code or an ID), that your server and Internet Provider give to your computer. Web servers automatically identify your computer by its IP address. These are used only to help us find and fix problems with our server, to administer the site and to contact you. Your IP address may also be used to gather broad demographic information. We will never share your IP address with anyone else.

User rights

Just as we provide you with our creations, you may, and are encouraged to, create things of your own on the Lulilab site with our tools. To be able to run the site and give new members the possibility to see your creations we, through this agreement, obtain the right to make all your creations publicly available on the Lulilab site. We do not by this obtain the right to use your creations commercially in any other way than by displaying it through the sites connected to Lulilab.com. If Lulilab ever has the interest on using your creations outside the Lulilab Services and Products, you will be asked for authorization.

Representations and Warranties

When you accept these terms and enter Lulilab you represent and warrant that all of the information provided by you to Lulilab is correct and current. You also affirm that you (or your parents, if you're under 18) have all rights, power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform the actions listed here.

Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions

Lulilab may have contests, sweepstakes or promotions that are sponsored by Lulilab or some partner company. To qualify for entry in that contest or promotion, we may ask you to provide personal information. If we plan to share that information with the sponsor(s), partner(s) or others, we will provide a statement to that effect in the contest, sweepstakes or promotion terms. No other Lulilab members will have access to such information.

Advertisements

When you accept these conditions listed here, you affirm to agree and understand that Lulilab will advertise and send relevant information on your e-mail. But we will not let anyone but the Lulilab Crew to have access to your e-mail address and personal details, unless when authorized by you.

Trademark

Lulilab is also a brand and you can't use the name, trademark, service marks, logos and domain as you wish. It's registered and belongs to Lulilab. But if you have any ideas of other use for it, please contact us and we'll gladly hear it!

Account Inactivity

If you for any reason have to stay away from Lulilab, do not panic! If you haven't logged into Lulilab for 6 months, your account will be inactivated. After 3 months of inactivity, if you don't log in, we will close your membership.

Termination; Cancellation

Lulilab membership is yours. If you by any reason want to close, cancel or terminate your account there are only a few steps to take. To terminate your account, send a message through Support.

Lulilab may also terminate your membership and your account. In case of violation of any of the terms and conditions listed here, you will be warned via e-mail or message in Lulilab. Your account might be terminated if you disrespect this agreement or fail to execute any agreed payments towards Lulilab. Lulilab reserves the right to not give any further explanation about account termination or user ban. This License Agreement may be voluntary terminated by either Party providing that the terminating Party have remained in compliance with each of the terms of this License Agreement at all times prior to termination. Notice of termination shall be made by e-mail.

Account termination or user ban can be issued by Lulilab for violation of rules and regulations, and Lulilab reserves the right to terminate an account or ban a user and block an IP address without any further explanation. Notification of account termination will be done by email. Lulilab also reserves the right to disclose information about its users considered suspicious of illegal activities to law enforcement.

Worldwide representations

All the terms listed here are valid for Lulilab wherever part of the world you access it from. Lulilab works in accordance to international laws and in partnership with international law enforcement agencies.

Governing Law and Venue

The validity, interpretation, construction and performance of these General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Sweden.

The District Court of Stockholm, Sweden, shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of these General Terms and Conditions and over any related actions towards Lulilab AB.

Disclaimer's update

This agreement might be updated often to attend to the new features and services of Lulilab. Please come back and read it often.

Agreement

By clicking on the accept or register button below you are telling us you have read, understood and agree with all the terms and conditions to use Lulilab. You also agree not to assign, transfer or delegate by contract, merger, sale or acquisition of assets, operation of law, or otherwise, any portion of this License Agreement without prior written consent from Lulilab. Any assignment, transfer or delegation in violation of the foregoing sentence will be null and void.
